We started the month off with a fun present on our doorstep from Nana
Nathan turns 3!
1st Car Show
Mason's favorite thing to do this month is sit on the front porch and read books. Old man at heart!
Nature Cat came to the Discovery Museum. Mason had the time of his life!

Fresh shampooed carpets
Celebrating 50 years of my Grandpa's Rock Quarry. Hot+bright sun+sensory overload=the best pic we could get
Pretending to be like Mommy
Little one has been insistent that he wear Daddy's shirts around. I swear if he could be anyone in this world it would be his Daddy.
Timeout turned into Mason's collection area. After this we took the timeout chair out and just use the tile. The teacher in me knows I need to start discipline early & timeout seems to be a very effective form of discipline for now.
Mason loves his kiddie pool and sprinkler so we expected him to love the big pool. Rather he hates it! Mr. Independent does not want to wear a life jacket, water wings, puddle jumper, sit in a raft or even be held. He wants to go in the water alone & figure it out & cannot understand why he can't. We will love the big pool one day, for our sanity we are sticking to the kiddie pool for a while.
Blake's 2nd Father's Day
TONS of Mason snuggles! This little man has been the snuggliest little boy lately & I just love it!
Lots of play dates with friends
Poolside watermelon
We celebrated our 2nd Anniversary with a date night to Ridge Grill while Mason played at Aunt Lisa & Uncle Josh's house.
Bachelorette Mondays with Rachel
Mason had his first touch of a stomach bug :(
Weekly play dates with the Bristol's
Mason started practicing eating on his own with a spoon
LOTS of reading!! This boy loves loves loves to read! His favorite book right now is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. When he sees it he runs to you saying BOOM BOOM!!!
And we ended the month saying Bye Bye to the Paci!
