All of my teacher friends went back to work so I snapped a quick "1st day of school" pic to send them. :)

Driving down the road I hear "Mama, can I hold Liam's hand?"
So when babies are born they have to do a hemoglobin screening. In the oddest of worlds BOTH of my boys had abnormal hemoglobin results which means a retest at 3-4 months. See those 5 red circles....they had to be filled completely with blood from my child's HEEL. In a moment of insanity I decided to take both boys expecting an IV draw like with Mason. It was a loud 25 minutes but luckily Mason was an angel and Liam didn't hate me too much afterward. (And just like with brother his rescreen came back perfectly normal)
Somewhere long this month this child decided he wanted to eat just bread every day.
He also transitioned from a toddler to a twin bed
Feeling incredibly grateful to be home having slow mornings outdoors with these boys every day
We finally bit the bullet and the boys and I have been enjoying a walk every morning. It is the best! Ready for cooler fall weather!

Someone has decided to be GROWN in the last month
Blake & I promised each other we would date every month when we had Mason & failed miserably! This year for our anniversary I made us date cards for every month. This month was Dave & Busters but with 2 kids we realized we really hadn't gotten to sit down and eat & actually have adult conversation so we ditched the silly & went out to McGills for an amazing adult environment & conversation. This was our only picture we snapped which didn't even make me sad because it was nice to disconnect.
This month I braved the salon & took both boys to get Mason's haircut. Super nervous because he doesn't always cooperate but he was a ROCKSTAR!
