Liam's Birth Story Part 3: Meeting Liam

With Mason we seemed to have all of the drama after his birth with the jaundice & being tongue tied. However, with Liam once our dramatic birth was over it was smooth sailing. Nursing was a breeze, he latched right on within 30 minutes of being born & we didn't have any signs of jaundice or being tongue tied!
I unfortunately didn't get pictures with everyone that came up to the hospital or came to meet Liam like I did with Mason. While I'm disappointed, this time we just kind of enjoyed the moments which was absolutely perfect!
Although Mason wasn't the first person to meet Liam I think his meeting is the most special so I'll share those videos and pictures first. The boy has loved his little brother at first sight. At the end of the first video you can hear Mason saying  "he's neat." oh my heart!!!

At the hospital this was HIS baby and if he was there he wasn't having a single person holding him

Liam meets Aunt Lisa, Uncle Josh & Charlotte

Meeting Aunt Amy, Addy & Lilah

Finally going home!!

Unfortunately our only friends pictures I remembered to take was Rachel & Cassie. Sorry friends! Your visits meant the world to us I literally just forgot to document!
Such a very bittersweet moment for us for Liam to meet his great grandparents. Mason was lucky enough to meet all 4 of his great grandparents, however, this year with the passing of both of my dad's parents we weren't able to introduce sweet Liam to them. It definitely has made me all the more grateful for these two being able to meet our Liam.

My sister's wanted to do something special for us but we decided to wait until after the baby was here since we didn't out the gender. Since we had ample boy things they did a "Donuts & Diapers" come and go party. It was perfect & we are set for life on diapers!

College roommates & babies 2 weeks apart

They have no choice but to be besties too!
